Wrigley wished to creatively decorate these new BigePak cups with labels which would provide as much bill boarding as possible and ideally provide secondary tamper evident protection. Full body, slightly over the lid shrink sleeve labels were chosen.

The challenge was that The BigePak cups have a hinged, unevenly sloped lid that needed to be gripped by the shrink sleeve label.

Through extensive testing by Wrigley, their co-packer, the application equipment manufacturer, and SleeveCo’s technical service team, ideal sleeve measurements and sleeve materials were established. Concurrently, SleeveCo’s experienced graphics team provided prompt, expert guidance, enabling this project to progress down parallel paths and successfully meet its targeted launch dates.
